DETERMINAN KEGIATAN EKONOMI PADA SEKTOR INDUSTRI KECIL MENENGAH DAN BESAR DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT TAHUN 2013-2017

Abstract

West Java Province is one of the provinces with the largest industry in Indonesia. West Java Province has 27 districts and cities. The industrial sector has an important role in economic growth. The Industrial Sector is one of the economic drivers in West Java and has an influence on the economy. Researchers for districts and cities in West Java in 2015-2017, and have 3 independent variables, namely the number of business units, labor and production value. The variables are the GRDP of regencies and cities in West Java Province. To see the lie of the independent variable on the variable. Analysis that is linear regression. Determine the model using 3 tests, namely chow test, LM test and Hausman test. This model is a Fixed effect. The results of the study explain that the variable number of business units and investment in the industrial sector has a significant effect on GDP. While the negative labor force variable is not significant to GRDP.
