Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style, non-physical work environment and motivation on the performance of employees at the Ponorogo Population and Civil Registration Service both partially and simultaneously. The location of this study was conducted at the Ponorogo Population and Civil Registration Service located on Jl. Alon-ALon Utara No. 08 Mangkujayan Ponorogo. The Ponorogo Population and Civil Registration Service is a public organization in the government engaged in community service. In this case the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ponorogo is headed by the Head of the Office who is located under and is responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary. In this study took the number of respondents as many as 51 permanent employees, where the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS and Excel software. The results showed that leadership style, non-physical work environment and motivation partially or simultaneously influenced the performance of employees at the Ponorogo Population and Civil Registration Service.
