URGENSI CONTROLLING DAN EVALUASI DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI ERA MILENIAL

Abstract


Controlling and evaluation are two integrated activities in the framework of controlling a program. Although it is a single activity, controlling and evaluating have a different focus from each other. Control activities are more focused on activities that are being carried out. While the evaluation is done at the end of the activity, to find out the results or the final achievements of the activity or program. Controlling is done by digging to get information regularly based on certain indicators, with the intention of knowing whether the ongoing activities are in accordance with the agreed plans and procedures. While the evaluation results are beneficial for the same program implementation plan, at other times and places. And controlling and evaluating by principals for education staff in Islamic education institutions is needed, this is because in controlling and evaluating there are obedience functions, checks, reports, and explanations.
