Abstract
This study aims to know the implementation of picture character media based on culture learning in Bahasa Indonesia Subject of Nurul Islam Islamic Primary School Grade 3,Tanjung, Bendo, Magetan. This study is kind of descriptive qualitative study. It consists of two data, verbal and non verbal. The verbal data is recording of the application of Picture Character based on Culture Learning in Bahasa Indonesia Subject of Nurul Islam Islamic Primary School Grade 3,Tanjung, Bendo, Magetan, while non verbal data is the result of students writing skill evaluation. The participants in this study are teacher and students Nurul Islam Islamic Primary School Grade 3. This study use three data collecting techniques, (a) observation, (b) interview, (c) test, and (d) documentation. The analysis technique is interactive data analysis. Those are three important things of interactive data analysis, data reduction, description of the data, and summarizing. Implementation of Picture Character based on Culture Learning in Bahasa Indonesia Subject of Nurul Islam Islamic Primary School Grade 3 has been conducted based on the lesson plan. The result of evaluation shows students get good score. The average of students score is 82,4% from 31 students. Four students get 70 point. Three students get 75 point, seven students get 80 point, eight students get 85 point, nine students get 90 point. Based on the standard of minimum score which is 75 point, it can be concluded that 87,1% students can reach the target and 12,9% students not.
