Abstract

Human resources have an important role and are very dominant in an organization that is a leader in the organization or group, must need a leader who has the ability to play a role in enhancing the ability of human resources. Therefore, the leaders in an organization has a duty as a bellwether for human resources and Become agents of change and spokesman. Forward and backward organization reflected in the leadership of a person in an organization regulation. Transformational leadership was instrumental in the organizational changes that occur at this time.
