Abstract


Higher education represent an erudite community. A community owning
characteristic of academic. Here place where born intellectual product, to be
developed and implementation. Ecensi higher education oriented by activity of
academic or usually as with as Three Darma College (Education, Research, and
Devotion).
Converse Education, it is of course not merely creating a mechanism activity of
teaching and learning formally and just informal, but also converse the problem
of ethics, behavior and value in formal and informal environment.
Higher Education in democratization era this time led by President of Susilo
Bambang Yudhoyono have been confronted to new problems, namely higher
education still use education system having the character of permisif, its
meaning less the existence of effort to increase productivity in order to printing
grad which with quality and professional. Not only that higher education still
await aid and action of government, higher education of majority rely on and
emulation of competition to create certifiable educative participant and with
quality, but by indisposed and performance management system and of
requitment bureaucracy which is not transparent and hold responsible. But that
way, there is appreciation to higher education namely create professionalism,
acuntability, and hold responsible to educative participant and educator in
developing the quality of graduation.
