Abstract


The tittle of this research is “  Practice of Management on Islamic Economic Perspective (Case Study of The Snack Selling And Buying Practice In The Traditional Market Balong Ponorogo)”. The problem that discussed in this research is to know the implementation of snacks selling and buying in the traditional market Balong Ponoorgo which analysed from the view of Islamic economic. So, this research hoped  able   to describe the implementation of selling and buying will appropriate by the theory of Islamic economic . In addition, analysis the problem also will appropriate by the management science with the aim give  illustration early the Islamic management consept in the selling and buying. This research by kualitatif method with phenomenology paradigm. Balong traditional market as the area of research with the snack and vegetable sellers for the subject. The research result is the implementation of legality selling and buying with syariah economic by analyse agreement subect, object, agreement answered. A little problem such as uncorrect the quantity object is the normally and they have anticipated. Honesty, helping, keep the trust is the important value with all sides. That values will bring the  bigger lucky, the easier advantage and the most important  willing from the God.
